The word Kosmos comes from the ancient Greek concept of a harmonious arrangement, a world brought into balance through relationships, purpose and care.

Why We Exist

Long before professional stages, conservatoires and careers, there are communities. There are schools, neighbours, teachers, volunteers, families and local organisations who create opportunities for young people to discover their talents.
Kosmos was created as a way of giving something back.
